"Confirmation isn't a conclusion — it's a starting point. The value of data is in translating it into a story leaders can act on, building strategy around root causes instead of assumptions."

1Who is affected?
Concentrated in specific roles, shifts, supervisors, or populations — or spread evenly across the organization?
2When does it happen?
During onboarding, within the first year, or after people are fully trained and productive?
3What's the business impact?
Beyond the headline number — cost of vacancies, recruiting, training, overtime, lost productivity.
4What are people telling us?
Themes from exit interviews, ER cases, manager conversations, and direct employee feedback.
15+ years across every HR function.

Having worked across nearly the full breadth of HR — HRIS, payroll, benefits, retirement, recruitment, employee relations, open enrollment, talent management, and learning & organizational development — this integrated perspective shapes how I coach leaders, advise HR colleagues, and improve service delivery. Experience spans full-scale HRIS implementations paired with measurable cost savings, guiding leaders through major organizational transitions including layoffs, restructuring, and new operating models, and supporting M&A integration efforts such as merging HRIS data, aligning policies, and onboarding incoming employees through a compliant, ethical, and compassionate process.
